Finance Director

Dartcell is encountering significant demand for our services. As such, we are looking for experienced finance directors with a proven track record in delivering tangible financial solutions for their clients.

As a core member of our advisory team, you will be expected to deliver broad financial advice and practical support to companies that need our guidance. Experience in the following areas is essential:

  • Stakeholder management
  • KPI setting
  • Management accounts interpretation
  • Cash flow management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Strategic financial planning
  • Financial systems and processes

You must be highly organised, with the ability to juggle the demands of several clients, deliver board reports, and get stuck into hands-on situations.

You must be comfortable communicating with C-suite individuals, motivated but inexperienced entrepreneurs, and third-party advisors, banks, and auditors alike.

You will need to be able to support yourself financially for a period of time whilst we help you build your portfolio. You will be expected to take part in various business development activities with a view to help source new clients and creating wider engagement within the community. In return, you will receive central marketing support and be provided with the hands-on guidance and assistance you need to promote Dartcell both online and in-person.

You will have the freedom to create your own client base and the ability to take control of your own career.

As you engage with clients, you will be provided with administrative support, removing the burden of tasks such as client take on procedures and invoicing.
